Andrew Bensinger, 28, of Tamaqua was arrested by Rush Township police at 5:26 p.m. Monday.

Police picked him up on an arrest warrant issued after Bensinger failed to appear in a Schuylkill County court.He was transported to the county prison in Pottsville.
