Jim Thorpe man facing charges in Nesquehoning

A Jim Thorpe man is facing charges for incidents in Nesquehoning.

James L. Yenca Jr., 27,of 106 Coyote Drive, has been charged with two counts each of persistent disorderly conduct, asmisdemeanor threes, and disorderly conduct, assummary offenses, and one count of public drunkenness.On Wednesday at 9:31 p.m. officers Timothy Wuttke and Robert Blisard were dispatched to the area across from 57 W. Railroad St., for a man and woman yelling with the man appearing to be highly intoxicated. On scene the officers met with the person who called in the complaint who said the man and woman had been arguing for about 30 minutes.Officers then spoke to the two in question, identified as Yenca and Amanda Minder, of 57 W. Railroad St. Minder admitted to having an argument with her fiance, Yenca. Both were warned to stay inside the home.The officers returned to the home at 10:10 p.m. when the two returned outside yelling and cursing each other. Upon returning another neighbor complained about the two causing a disturbance.Both were advised if they continued their conduct they would be cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness and told not to exit the home again. Both stated they understood with Yenca becoming belligerent, police said.At 10:44 p.m. officers returned again when Minder and Yenca came back out of the home and began loudly arguing and cursing with Yenca saying he should have punched Wuttke in the face.Yenca was then arrested and charged.
