Tamaqua borough officials have approved the release of names and addresses of people who have been cited for code violations under the borough's Quality of Life Ordinance. The first list to be released includes:

Rebekah Deetz, 437 E. Elm St., having furniture outside the home;Jay Stidham, 412 E. Elm St., having an accumulation of rubbish/garbage;David Maco, 306 N. Elizabeth St., accumulation of rubbish/garbage and having furniture outside the home;Diane Shuck, 14 S. Lehigh St., accumulation of rubbish/garbage.Each of the violations is a first-time offense, subject to a $25 fine.
