The investigation of a theft of services incident against PPL Electric continues.

State police at Lehighton said the incident occurred at 6:15 p.m. at 139 Gravel Lane, as the occupant of the residence circumvented the electrical meter at his residence to receive free electricity.The investigation will be continued, and appropriate charges filed in district court.
