A Northumberland County man was found heavily intoxicated along a Schuylkill County road on Saturday.

State police at Frackville said Kevin Ulrich, 26, of Paxinos, was found walking on, kneeling on and falling on Slate Run Road in Butler Township at 3:40 p.m.He was arrested and charged with public drunkenness.
