A Schuylkill County woman has been cited for dumping trash on a county business's property.

State police at Frackville said Rebecca Correll, 44, of Minersville, has been charged with scattering rubbish for an incident that occurred at 3:15 p.m. Thursday.Troopers said Correll dumped a couch and cushions along Darkwater Road in New Castle Township, on the property of Reading Anthracite Inc. in Pottsville.
