State police at Lehighton reported a Carbon County man is the victim of a security breach involving his credit card.

Troopers said $1,000 was withdrawn from the credit card account of a 42-year-old Palmerton resident. The victim's information was part of a security breach that occurred through insurance provider Blue Cross & Blue Shield, troopers said.The incident was reported on Wednesday.
