A Carbon County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said Robert A. McIntosh, 32, of Lehighton, was stopped at 8:50 p.m. on Tuesday along Route 443 in West Penn Township, for several motor vehicle code violations.At the stop it was determined McIntosh was under the influence and was placed under arrest for DUI. Charges will be filed with District Judge James Ferrier, of Orwigsburg, troopers said.
