McAdoo resident facing charges

McAdoo police have charged Gerald Biscoe, 35, of McAdoo, with fleeing and eluding police after an incident on Feb. 19.

Officers attempted to stop a vehicle, driven by Biscoe, at 10:25 p.m. due to a broken headlight. Biscoe eventually stopped in the parking lot at Fegley's Mini Mart, but took off running down an alleyway.He was tracked to his residence, where he told officers he fled due to an anxiety issue toward police. He was also charged with driving with a suspended/expired license and other traffic violations.His mother, Phyllis Biscoe, was cited for allowing an unlicensed person to drive her motor vehicle.
