An incident at 107 S. Sheridan St., McAdoo, on Feb. 25 landed two women in jail, but not because of the incident.

Police were dispatched to the home at 3:39 a.m. and were met by Tara Skitzki, 24, of Hazle Township, and Tammy Grosz, 34, of Hazleton. A routine records check found arrest warrants for both women.Skitzki was wanted for a parol violation in Luzerne County. She was picked up by an officer from the Luzerne County Adult Probation Office and taken to prison.Grosz was wanted by Bloomsburg police. She was transported to Columbia County where she was arraigned on the outstanding charges.
