Property dispute

Mark Stromelo, 20 N. School St., Nesquehoning, has filed a civil complaint against Carbon-Schuylkill Community Hospital Inc., dba, St. Luke's Miners Memorial Hospital, 360 W. Ruddle St., Coaldale.The suit states the defendant is the owner of property adjacent to the plaintiffs at 108 W. Catawissa St., in Nesquehoning.
