A Schuylkill County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence after he was found in his vehicle stuck in snow along Interstate 81 in Delano Township on Sunday at 2:34 a.m.

State police at Frackville said troopers on patrol found a 2001 Subaru Outback stuck in the snow along the east berm, southbound. The driver was identified as Michael James Reber Jr., 27, of Frackville.Troopers said Reber had a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage about him. He was taken to the barracks where he submitted to a breath test. The test revealed he was over the legal limit.Charges are pending.
