A Monroe County man is facing a charge of disorderly conduct following an incident that occurred at 10 a.m. Feb. 20 at the Enterprise Car Rental facility along Route 940 in Mount Pocono.

Pocono Mountain Regional police responded to the business for a person having a disagreement with employees. Upon arrival police were told the man was intoxicated and left the business walking on Route 940.Police located the man, who was identified as Henry Martin, 45, of Long Pond. Police said he had been drinking and was intoxicated. He was placed under arrest. In addition to the conduct charge he was also cited for public drunkenness.
