A Schuylkill County man has been cited for indecent exposure following an incident at the Schuylkill Mall in New Castle Township.

State police at Frackville said Eric Anthony Warner, 28, of Ashland, was arrested for an incident that occurred at 8:15 a.m. on Jan. 23. Troopers said they responded to a parking lot in the mall for a report of a male masturbating in front of a female. Troopers, assisted by mall security, identified Warner as the suspect.On Feb. 15 a criminal complaint was completed and the charges were filed on Monday, troopers said.
