State police at Schuylkill Haven reported on two crashes investigated by troopers on Thursday along Schuylkill County roads.

A rear-end crash occurred at 3:48 p.m. along Route 443 in Wayne Township. Troopers said Randall T. Nunemacher, 35, of Cressona, driving a 2007 Chevrolet Equinox, was eastbound and stopped for an oil delivery truck that was obstructing the roadway.Ellen J. Turner, 74, of Schuylkill Haven, driving a 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan, was eastbound and did not see the stopped Equinox and rammed the rear. Turner, a 9-year-old female, and Nunemacher were all not injured.A 7-year-old female with Nunemacher sustained a minor injury and was taken to the Schuylkill Medical Center-S. Jackson St., Pottsville.Both vehicles had to be towed. Troopers cited Turner for the crash.A one-vehicle crash was reported at 5:12 p.m. along Tunnel Road in West Brunswick Township.Troopers said Robert T. Koons, 26, of Auburn, was driving a 1997 Ford Explorer in a northwesterly direction when, for unknown reasons, he crossed into the opposing lane of travel, went off the road and onto the berm where the vehicle struck a tree head-on.Koons was injured and taken to the SMC-S by unknown means, troopers said.He was cited for the crash.
