A Schuylkill County driver was cited following a two-vehicle crash that occurred at 11:55 a.m. on Tuesday along Route 61, in Port Clinton borough.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Jennifer L. Wenner, 34, of Port Clinton, was driving a 2001 Dodge Grand Caravan southbound when she abruptly pulled over onto the berm, due to a cellphone that slid off the console and fell in between the front seats.The Dodge slid on ice and struck the rear of a 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser that was legally parked along the berm. The impact pushed the Cruiser south before it came to rest on top of a snowbank. The Dodge traveled south after impact and came to rest along the berm, partially in the right travel lane.No one was injured and the Dodge had to be towed from the scene. Troopers cited Wenner for the crash.
