A Carbon County man has been charged in connection with a theft incident in Luzerne County.

State police at Hazleton said a Freeland man was at the Boscov's Department Store in the Laurel Mall, Hazle Township, where he is employed, on Feb. 5 at 3:03 p.m. He reported his wallet was stolen which contained about $40, his driver's license and his Boscov's identification.Troopers said they have charged Quinn R. Hydro, 40, of Lehighton, with the theft of the wallet.
