A Schuylkill County man has been charged with retail theft.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Donald Seiger, of Saint Clair, entered the Giant Supermarket, located in the Cressona Mall, North Manheim Township, at 8:45 p.m. Friday and was observed by store personnel placing a number of items on his person and leaving the store without paying for them.
