Tamaqua senior point guard Bo Rottet scored the 1,000th point of his high school career Thursday night in the Blue Raiders' Schuylkill League basketball game against Pine Grove.

Rottet entered the game with 988 career points.

He is one of just 12 boys in Tamaqua history to reach the 1,000 point mark, joining current teammate Brett Kosciolek. Kosciolek entered tonight's game with 1,377 career points, placing him in 4th place on Tamaqua's all-time scoring list.
