A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence following an incident that occurred at 9:30 p.m. on Monday along Twin Lake Road, in the area of North Shore Drive, in Tunkhannock Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said Julian Joseph Andre III, 21, of Albrightsville, was found unresponsive in the driver's seat of a running vehicle on the side of the road. He showed signs of intoxication and submitted to a blood test.The DUI charge is pending the test results, troopers said.
