State police at Hazleton are investigating a criminal mischief incident in Carbon County.

Troopers said a 32-year-old man from Beaver Meadows, reported someone caused damage to the driver's side rear door and side rear quarter panel of his 2014 Mitsubishi Lancer as it was parked at 1895 Berwick St., in Banks Township.The damage consists of scratching and dents. The estimated damage at $1,200. The incident occurred sometime between 11 a.m. on Sunday and 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
