Two students at Penn State's Schuylkill Haven campus have been cited for retail theft.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said Bilal Butler, 18, and Nicole Williams, 18, both of Philadelphia, were cited for an incident on Wednesday at Redner's Warehouse Market, located off Route 61 in North Manheim Township.Troopers said the two were observed by store personnel placing grocery items on their person and trying to leave the store without paying for the items.
