Matthew James Matukonis, 40, of 405 Arlington St., Tamaqua, has been cited by Tamaqua police after an incident at Boyer's Food Market on Jan. 16.

Police received a phone call from the store manager at 4:04 p.m., who reported that Matukonis stole two Delmonico steaks from the store. The steaks were concealed in Matukonis' pants while he paid for several other items.He was cited for retail theft.
