Dustin Oncay, 30, of 25 Franklin St., Tamaqua, was cited by Tamaqua police after a shoplifting incident at Boyer's Food Market on Jan. 20.

Officers were dispatched to the Cedar Street store at 7:48 a.m. and spoke with the manager, who had detained Oncay, who had attempted to steal a $10.49 package of Compound W.Oncay was cited for attempted retail theft.
