McAdoo police have cited John Kolbush Jr., 44, of McAdoo, with harassment.

Kolbush was cited after police received complaints from a woman who noted he had been repeatedly calling and texting her, despite being told to stop.The incident was reported at 8 p.m. Jan. 1.
