A Carbon County woman is facing drug charges following an incident on Tuesday at 3:40 p.m.

State police at Lehighton said Kelly Sue Neff, 46, of 70 Anthony Lane, Palmerton, Lower Towamensing Township, was arrested on an outstanding warrant. She told troopers that she was in possession of drug paraphernalia in her residence.Troopers said Neff's boyfriend gave permission to search the home. Found were numerous items of drug paraphernalia belonging to Neff. The items were seized.Neff was arraigned on the warrant before District Judge William Kissner, of Palmerton. Drug charges will also be filed against her, troopers added.
