State police at Lehighton are investigating a theft incident at a Monroe County residence.

Troopers said an exterior air conditioning unit and parts from an above-ground pool motor were removed at 106 Rolling Meadows Road in Saylorsburg. The home, owned by Fannie Mae Mortgage Company, is vacant.The theft occurred sometime between Jan. 10 and 18.
