Rush Township Police have filed charges against a Hazleton man in connection with a shoplifting incident at the HT Commons Walmart.

On Jan. 15 at 1:45 a.m., Luke Barker, 36, of Hazleton, reportedly stole three knives from the store.He was charged with retail theft.
