The Lehighton Industrial Development Corporation, a subsidiary of the Lehighton Chamber of Commerce, has set a goal of $15,000 in a drive to raise money for the development of an industrial park.

To date, a total of $1,400 has been raised.The corporation is using a four-stage plan to raise money: special gifts; out of town solicitations; solicitations of local organizations; and a house to house drive which will be conducted on Feb. 4.The slogan for the campaign is "Everybody Give So Lehighton Can Live."
