A vehicle stop has led to the arrest of a wanted person.

State police at Lehighton said James Brent Eakin, 46, of North Hondo, Texas, was stopped at 12:21 p.m. on Jan. 6 along Blue Mountain and Pennel roads in Ross Township for a vehicle violation.It was learned that he was wanted on a warrant out of Arkansas for failing to respond to traffic citations.
