A passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation has been cited.

State police at Lehighton said Cheyenne Corrynn Miller, 21, of Lehighton, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped in the area of S. Seventh and Bridge streets in Lehighton, on Saturday at 9:15 p.m.Troopers said Miller was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. A drug charge was filed, troopers added.
