A Schuylkill County man was struck by a vehicle and injured in an incident that occurred at 10:53 p.m. Monday in the parking lot of the Bandit Truck Stop, located at 227 Golden Key Road, in Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County.

State police at Fogelsville said Eric J. Creyer, 41, of Northampton, was driving a 2013 International Harvester Workstar truck in the parking lot when he struck Donald L. Cowen, 67, of Shenandoah, as he walked in the lot.Cowen was taken by Cetronia ambulance to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, for treatment of what troopers said were moderate injuries.Creyer was not charged.
