Judith Karin Sabol, 35, of 206 S. Oak St., Summit Hill, has been charged with acquisition by misrepresentation, identity theft, and impersonating a notary public or a holder for an incident that occurred at the Mauch Chunk Pharmacy, 1204 North St., on May 24, 2014, about 3:37 p.m.Nicholas W. Kazytski, 27, of 360 Laurel Drive, Lehighton, has been charged with receiving stolen property, unlawful possession of a controlled substance-heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public drunkenness for an incident on July 16, 2014, at 6:11 p.m. at Tommy's Subs, 72 W. Fourth St.He has also been charged with criminal trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal mischief for an incident at 127 South St., Apt. 5, on Aug. 2, 2014.Brian F. O'Donnell, 52, of Deer Run Lane, Jim Thorpe, has been charged with possession or delivery of a small amount of marijuana or hashish and possession of drug paraphernalia for an incident in August 2014, in the borough.Milagros M. Plair, 67, of 225 Getz Road, Palmerton, has been charged with forgery and six counts of identity theft for incidents that occurred between January 2013 and January 2014.Matthew Vincent Petrucci, 32, of 396 Unionville Road, Jim Thorpe, has been charged with receiving stolen property for incidents that occurred at 823 Center Ave., between Sept. 11-13, 2014.Brandon Michael Grammes, 23, of 84 Parker Mew, Albrightsville, has been charged with delivery of a controlled substance-heroin, possession with intent to deliver, criminal use of a communication facility, and unlawful possession for incidents that occurred in the borough between June and July 2014.Daniel A. Gonzalez, 52, of 17 Dogwood Drive, Jim Thorpe, has been cited for disorderly conduct for incidents that occurred at 24 Broadway on Oct. 31, 2014, at 10:01 p.m. and Dec. 22, 2014, at 11:34 p.m.
