Pocono Mountain Regional police have charged a Long Pond man with driving under the influence.

Jeffrey Rosenberg, 39, was charged after police saw he had a taillight out on Long Pond Road and Sullivan Trail in Tobyhanna Township.They stopped his car, and found his inspection sticker was also expired. Police noticed Rosenberg smelled of alcohol, and gave him field sobriety tests, which he failed.
