Pocono Mountain Regional police have charged a Pocono Lake woman with driving under the influence.

Shannon Argot, 35, was charged after police saw her vehicle appeared to have crashed on Pocono Crest Road, Sullivan Trail, in Tobyhanna Township at 3:20 a.m. Nov. 16, according to a report issued Saturday.Closer inspection found that she had pulled over onto the side of the road. Argot showed signs of impairment, and was given field sobriety tests, which she failed.She was arrested and taken to the DUI processing center, where a chemical test revealed she was under the influence.
