State police at the Lehighton barracks said an argument turned physical on Thursday in Franklin Township, resulting in a Cressona man being arrested.

The incident happened at 1:50 a.m. at 4740 Long Run Road when a 34-year-old female and Scott Killian, 24, were arguing, after which time Killian bit the victim in the hand, tried kicking out the front window of her vehicle, and unlawfully drove the vehicle away as the victim exited the car to call police.Police said Killian was arrested and transported to the Carbon County Correctional Facility in Nesquehoning.
