An 800-watt portable generator was stolen in a burglary that happened between 2:30 and 5 p.m. Sunday in the Village of Kaska, Blythe Township, Schuylkill County.

The victim told police someone forced open the side door of his garage and stole the generator. The property is located on the 300 block of New Philadelphia Road.
