Two people were arrested by state police at the Fogelsville barracks after an incident at 7:16 p.m. Monday in Lower Macungie Township.

Police said Krzysztof Foltynski, 43, of Coaldale, and Andrzej Grablis, 40, of Allentown, were charged with disorderly conduct.Police said they arrived at a residence in the 3800 block of Fire Brick Road in the township in an intoxicated state and disorderly manner, and made threats to the owner of the home, who police identified as an associate of the defendants.
