Palmerton Police Department continues to investigate the following incidents:

DUICriminal charges were filed against Darrin Riley, 49, of 4341 Timberline Road, Walnutport. The incident occurred at 10:38 p.m. on Oct. 31 in the 200 block of Lehigh Avenue.Public drunkennessWilbur Fountain, 39, of 771 W. Edgemont Ave. Palmerton, was cited for public drunkenness. The violation occurred at 1:01 p.m. Dec. 17 in the 600 block of West Princeton Avenue.Retail theftCitations for retail theft were filed against a 14-year-old Slatington male and a 14-year-old Palmerton male. The violations occurred at 4 p.m. Dec. 3 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.OtherPalmerton Police also issued six speeding citations, three traffic violation citations and one vehicle violation citation.
