Harassment charges will be filed against a Schuylkill County man for an incident that occurred on Saturday.

State police at Schuylkill Haven said the incident occurred at 1:10 p.m. at 7 East Grand Ave. in Tower City Borough.Daniel Cavanaugh, 21, of Tower City, grabbed a 20-year-old male of Tower City and pushed him into a kitchen countertop during an argument.Charges for harassment will be filed through the Office of District Court 21-3-04 against Cavanaugh.
