A Weatherly man was charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after an incident Thursday near Carbon and Third streets in Lehighton Borough.

Travis James Schoenberger was yelling loudly and trying to smash the window of a Lehighton man's vehicle.Police said Schoenberger was under the influence of controlled substances.
