A Bath man was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence following a traffic stop Monday in Franklin Township.

State police at Lehighton said charges against Cody Charles Buskirk, 24, are pending results of a blood draw.Buskirk was stopped just before 2 p.m. at Route 209 and Court Street for a suspended registration.
