A tractor with trailer rig crashed Tuesday along Interstate 81 in Ryan Township, Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said James J. Zeigler, 49, of Frackville, was driving a 2000 Freightliner tractor with trailer northbound about 8:55 a.m. when the left front tire blew out causing him to lose control.The truck crossed the left lane, went onto the west berm and struck the guardrail. The rig came to rest in the median on its passenger side, facing north.Zeigler sustained a minor neck injury and was transported to the Schuylkill Medical Center-S. Jackson St., Pottsville, by Ryan Township ambulance.
