A Carbon County man has been cited for terroristic threats.

State police at Lehighton said Stephen James Hoffman of Lehighton was cited for an incident at 107 Stedman Ave. in Lehighton at 3:02 p.m. Nov. 30. Troopers said Hoffman threatened to kill a white female.
