State police at Schuylkill Haven charged a Pine Grove woman with driving too fast for conditions after she lost control of her car and crashed on Route 125, also known as Tremont Road, in Tremont Township, Schuylkill County, Thursday.

Janelle Moyer, 28, wasn't hurt, but one of her two passengers, a 10-year-old boy, had a minor injury. Another passenger, Anthony J. Kushmanick, 21, also escaped injury.Moyer was driving a 2001 Mazda Tribute north at 10:05 a.m. when she lost control of the car while driving through a patch of slushy snow, according to police. The car crashed head-on into the guide rail.
