McAdoo police have charged a Hazle Township woman with underage drinking following a traffic stop on Nov. 4.

Jessica Rivera was stopped at 2:03 a.m., just hours after turning 20 on Nov. 3. Officers found a home made liquor, "Apple Jacks," in her vehicle.She was cited for purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of an alcoholic beverage, as well as for the traffic violation.
