Nesquehoning police have arrested Romona Hall, 4 Second Ave., Nesquehoning, on a charge of public drunkenness.

Police said they responded to a disturbance in the unit block of East Catawissa Street at 11:05 p.m. Dec. 5 and found the defendant on the ground in a highly-intoxicated state.
