Nesquehoning police have cited Ty Gagnon of 318 W. Railroad St., Nesquehoning, for motor vehicle code violations after a minor motor vehicle accident on Dec. 8 in the 300 block of West Railroad Street.

Police said Gagnon was driving a vehicle that struck a parked vehicle and failed to report the incident.He has been cited for hit-and-run, responsibility to provide information and render aid and required financial responsibility (no insurance).
