Disorderly conductCriminal charges were filed against Kathleen Kattner, 44, of 901 Princeton Ave., Apt. 207, Palmerton, for aggravated assault, simple assault, three counts of resisting arrest, persistent disorderly conduct, two counts of disorderly conduct, harassment, and public drunkenness. The incident occurred at 9:35 p.m. on Nov. 12 at the above address.Prohibitionsin specified placesJoshua Reichard, 31, of 283 Ave. B, Palmerton, was cited for prohibitions in specified places. The violation occurred at 6:19 p.m. on Oct. 27 at Third Street and Delaware Avenue.Retail theftA citation was filed against a 15-year-old Palmerton male for retail theft. The violation occurred at 5:59 p.m. on Nov. 20 in the 500 block of Delaware Avenue.OtherPolice also issued one traffic violation citation and one vehicle violation citation.
