A Monroe County man is facing charges following an incident that occurred at 7:20 p.m. on Monday at Barrys and Silver Maple roads in Chestnuthill Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said Anthony Scott Donahue, 44, of Effort, was found at that location screaming and yelling in a residential area on public streets while under the influence of alcohol.He was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
